With roots dating back to the 1800s, our story begins with Cheryl's ancestors, pioneers in real estate who acquired prime Dallas land at two dollars an acre, amassing approximately 30,000 acres over time. The Caruth family, regarded as some of the founders of Dallas, sold, donated, and developed this land, laying the foundation for our legacy. Building upon this rich history, we continue to forge our own path in real estate. As a Realtor based in Middleburg, Florida for the past 15 years, we have leveraged our experience to flip properties while also venturing into other industries such as trucking companies and a customized golf cart store. Currently, we are spearheading the development of a 41,000 sq ft commercial flex warehouse project in Middleburg, alongside investments in multifamily properties. Our vision is to expand our investment portfolio, attracting more investors and capital to unlock the potential of real estate and multifamily investing.
Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units throughout five states, nearing $300MM. He sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.
With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
Our focus is 100% on our investors. We take our fiduciary responsibility very serious and will ALWAYS make sure you, the investor comes first, even above our own profits.
Each of the investments we look at are centered in adding value. We create value for our tenants and in return control a more valuable asset, thus creating higher returns for our investors!
